We know how it feels when you ordered the wrong size. If you would like to return the goods for an exchange, we will provide you with a free return shipping label. Please contact us within 14 days via email on the items you are returning and what you would like to exchange it for. Garments will need to still be in new condition.

If you would like a refund of your item, please contact us via email within 14 days and we will provide you with the return address. Buyer pays for the postage for returning the goods back to us in Sydney. We certainly don't want to see you go and will do our best to remedy the situation. If you feel the products are faulty or damaged, please email us with clear photos of the faulty products, we’ll email you within 24 hours to work on a resolution.
